After clicking Refresh Metadata button, users can click to Add Row Filter to open the row filter dialog box.

Users can set filter conditions in the row filter dialog box as shown in the figure below.

 

After setting the line filter, users can only see the data with "Product Category Key" equal to 3 when making reports to view data.

 

Users can edit row filter as the qualified condition in the dialog box.
